My subscription just renewed - I pay (& am billed up front) for a 6 month subscription but every time it renews it decides to ask me to pay for the current issue. I’m so tired of this, it has happened so frequently now that I don’t think the developers really care about this app or it’s paying customers. I’m on the verge of canceling my subscription & advising other to not renew or even purchase.
Can’t access issues

I haven’t used the app in a while because I usually read the print version, but today I decided to read from the app and the last issue I see there is from February! I tried syncing again and still nothing. I deleted the app, downloaded it again and still nothing. This is very annoying!

This app is HORRIBLE. Meredith Corp should be ashamed that that they ruined this magazine and Entertainment Weekly but they have not had a working app for years. I am not going to pay for the new issue when I have been a subscriber for almost 20 years. I get ZERO response on email from support and I have spent countless hours on the phone with tech support. Make it work or there will be some social media action.

It seems we have never remembers who I am and then when I do login I can download or even see any of the recent issues without them asking me to subscribe or buy. I have a subscription

I have tried everything to get this app to work. My account is valid but I haven’t been able to download a new magazine since October. It is the very same problem everyone else has been having. Get your act together and make this app work!

I love how the new magazine looks and hope to keep my subscription for many years in my iPad.. also love to be able to access hundreds of magazines with just few clicks from my library. So convenient!!! :-)))
Needs work

Like others have said, I’m a print + digital subscriber. I have not been able to read new issues in over two months. The developer really needs to fix this authentication and authorization issue (no pun intended). When I was able to read current issues, the app would crash when downloading the issue.
Can’t Download Issues

Print and digital subscriber. Can’t download any issues. The app used to work. After last update it’s totally useless. Was contacted by customer service. Works well now. I can download with no problem on all devices. Thank you!
