Ever since the update, digital will NOT LOAD. Have a 6 month subscription and read People magazine forever, but WILL NOT RENEW ! Horrible

I have a 3 month subscription through apple and the app doesnt load any new issues. Very frustrating after deleting app, and re signing in when theres synching up and wants me to pay additional money for an episode i have purchased already.

Almost every week we have to put our account info in just to download. What’s the point of saving info if you have to put everything in each time there’s a new volume.

Before the new app you could read your current issue on Thursday night instead of having to wait until Friday. Should be one of the perks for online issues. Also have been a long time subscriber (over 30) and never get any specials like new subscribers get like tote bags, etc.
Why do I have to restore my purchase EVERY TIME from an Ipad???

I have been a subscriber for over 15 years and service is now terrible. Can’t access digital on all Meredith magazine subscriptions and People has not been mailed for 2 month. Paid with check March renewal and was cashed . Their website on account shows as current. Have called several times and emailed. Feel like they just tell they will fix to get you off phone. One woman said their system was down and could not look at account which does not sound right

I have been a digital subscriber for years and can no longer read my issues. I have tried everything. I am very frustrated and fed up with this app. I have a subscription through October 2019 but will definitely cancel my subscription.
