Have not been able to access digital issues I’m paying for

Terrible app. I’m not getting what I’m paying for. Not getting any access to my digital issues for ALMOST 4 MONTHS. it’s even more upsetting to see reviews stating poor customer service, and lack of response to paying customers. I can only view old issues in the library, and another problem is if you click to view that same exact issue that you have available from your library from the ‘recent issues’ menu, it prompts you to pay or start trial. I will never renew my subscription with people magazine again.

I can’t access my magazines. I have subscribed to People for well over 25+ years. I still get the hard copy, thank goodness

Why are we constantly being asked to pay for the digital versions of People when we pay for print and digital?!? Been an issue for a long time. Why can’t you fix it for those of us who also use the digital feature? People was zero help on this issue and blames the app.

I have a currently active subscription but have not received any issues in the app’s library since the end of June. I’ve signed out and back in numerous times without success. Need help getting them, or the app is useless. Thanks

Can’t get current issue

I am a print subscriber who should have access to the free digital issue. The August 26th 2019 edition is out on newsstands and if I try to access the digital edition I only have access to the August 5 2019 edition and issues previous to that. What gives Got a quick response and fix. Thanks

I stopped receiving my digital magazines over a month ago. As a last resort I logged out of the app and now my entire library is gone! If I could give it zero stars I would!

Since the upgrade to iPadOS I am able to access and download old issues but the October 14 issue is not showing up in the library. I see it on the home page under recent issues but not in the library to download. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it didn’t help.

Out of the blue I can’t access the current issues of People. It started last week with the 11/4 issue. My print subscription is current, and I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Please help.
