Love it

I've journaled for over 25 years, and made the switch from paper to Penzu about four years ago. It isn't perfect, but it is very convenient and I find myself journaling more frequently now than before since a device is usually readily available to me when I have some down time which wasn't always the case with paper. I had one issue with entries getting duplicated and the customer support team quickly resolved this issue. Very satisfied!

Well designed and easy to use

That title says it all. Even the morning email reminders to write are low key and not annoying. Just a great app.

App deletes entries

taylodd

I've had the free app for over a year - so I had TONS of entires. I opened the app to find that all my entries except for the most recent one had disappeared. And because I've only had the free version, Penzu will not help me recover them, even though I was not the one to delete them. Very disappointed.

Worth it

Great experience. Great access. Great tool.

Really wanted to like this app but to buggy

Mlt39

Pros.. I get a reminder but Cons: 1. that is the only way, on iOS I can log into my diary 2. I have emailed support ...no response 3. No sync across platforms 4. In fact, it's worse than no syncing, now this platform is so buggy my computer view only shows a repeat of 3 journal entries So for something so highly promoted rated and reviewed by big places like CNET, PC MAG..huge disappointment

Best journal app

Love it

Used it on my laptop for years

SC Springer

I just put it on my phone since I have been using my phone more often. I have had no problems on either device so far. I am happy with the standard version since I like to keep things simple.

Needs an update

I've been using the free version for about 10 months but lately it crashes or just won't save my entry. And it has stopped syncing with the desktop version. There's nothing worse than writing a long entry and suddenly have it disappear on you.

Great app for basic journaling

Enough bells and whistles to make it simple and easy to use.
