I was really excited about this when I saw the website, but was quickly disappointed when I signed up. There is no way to leave feedback on the website or an ability to contact support without paying when the main page makes it all sound free. In order to access any of the resources in the homepage, I had to logout to open the resource pages and then log back in to do any journaling. The features included in the free version are extremely limited. I had recommended this to a slew of people before trying it out and now I’m regretting it.
No keyboard

I use the desktop version of this and recently downloaded the app for my iPhone. I can’t use it, though, because there’s no keyboard. I can’t figure out how to get it to work!

I'm begging, PLEASEEE make the multiple journal option free. For people that don't want to pay all they get it basically the notes app. If you do pay you get all the things making it different from the notes app. This would be a better app if not everything has to be payed for

Great app, but I wish you didn’t have to go pro for multiple notebooks and font types. I love that you can add pictures though.
No keyboard?

iPhone 8 and when I click on blank fields to set a password on journal, the keyboard won’t come on screen. Kind of worthless if I’m trying to type in my journal...
App needs updating to sync

Love this journal and have used it daily. Please fix the syncing process! It is very limiting right now. I l pay for the pro version to protect my writing and yet there is no ability to use it from my mobile devices?? This is unsatisfactory. Thank you!

Its a great app that I tend to use a lot. However, there are always things that can be improved and I think for this app in particular, it’s the constant glitching. Especially for the keyboard and when coming back to the app after not using it for a minute or two. You just aren’t able to type, and you have to close the app and open it again which is slightly inconvenient.

Takes forever to load esp on laptop, fails to sync every single day so material is often lost. Have been using pro version for 3+ years but will quit soon if it doesn't improve.

I’ve had no problem with Penzu. Best part of it is daily emails that reminds me of what I wrote some years ago the same day!
