Great app!!

PeerWell made it easy to prepare for surgery. Today I had my hip replacement and everything went well. PTs said my legs were strong and in good shape for recovery. I highly recommend this smart helpful app
Helps to prepare for surgery

The information, physical exercises and the other exercises help to prepare you for surgery and rehab post surgery. The physical exercises help to strengthen the leg pre surgery. The tests help you understand your progress or need for more exercises. The meditations help you to relax in preparation for surgery.

Majority of this prehab I do on a daily basis. But.... it is exceptional for those who don’t.

This app was very helpful preparing me for my knee surgery. After surgery it was invaluable helping me through my rehab. I especially liked the tests, enabling me to see my progress. I recommend using this app faithfully for a good recovery.
Fairly useless so far

Well, I’m 3 days into this “prehab” app and finding it useless. This “medical” app does not include captions for the hearing impaired, rendering them useless. The exercises, from what I can ascertain without knowing what is said, don’t appear to be much exercise at all-I’ve been doing more strenuous exercises printed out from American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons website for weeks already. It wants me to provide a bunch of health info my doctor already has. So far, this is not helpful at all.
