Fairly useless so far – PeerWell Review

Well, I’m 3 days into this “prehab” app and finding it useless. This “medical” app does not include captions for the hearing impaired, rendering them useless. The exercises, from what I can ascertain without knowing what is said, don’t appear to be much exercise at all-I’ve been doing more strenuous exercises printed out from American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons website for weeks already. It wants me to provide a bunch of health info my doctor already has. So far, this is not helpful at all.
