Game disappeared

I was very advanced after months of playing, did an update, and now I am at the beginning again. Not likely I will go through all again. Wasted time. Wasted money. Very angry.
New update and now it will not load

You updated Pearl’s Peril February 23 or 24, also June’s Journey. Neither one will load anymore. Just comes up no internet connection. Please fix. Your games are so frustrating to play. Sometimes they work, but recently they are full of bugs. Everything on my new iPad works beautiful, but your games. So very annoying. Tried to find my user number, but since it won’t load I cannot give you that.

There’s almost no instructions and it’s constantly trying to get to you to buy stuff you need to advance.

If you’re having trouble, join an active club! They share energy and tickets every day — its a lot of fun. Very responsive customer service as well.

I really enjoy this game and play it several times per day. It's challenging enough to be interesting but not so difficult that it's frustrating. I like the variety of the puzzles. I highly recommend this game! Frustrated by certain ads that have no escape button, like Puzzledom. All you can do is repeat the ad. I have to leave the game entirely for 30 minutes or more before it disappears, PLUS, I never get credit for watching it. Doesn’t anyone preview these ads before you accept them? Take some responsibility, guys!

I’m a member of a club and the members send each other coins and energy. I have noticed several times my energy numbers don’t change even when 3 people have sent me energy. Where does it go? I want it back.

I have been playing this game for a year. I really enjoy it About 2 weeks ago. When I open it join Facebook comes up. I don't want to use Facebook. I am deleting the game

I love this game my problem is it doesn't always load and I have to completely shut down and reopen , this is the only game I have this problem with ?most of the time when you get the free video it plays the video, then it says sorry unable to show video and you don't get your free energy, and the time that you have to wait for your property that you purchased is way to long, I,m not getting any younger ? still love ❤️ the game?the one hour unlimited energy doesn't exist?please fix the crashing I am losing energy all the time, Bummer ?the game has been excellent since my last review , simply love it❤️
