DO NOT SPEND "REAL" MONEY ON THIS GAME. It has deteriorated to the point of unplayability. It forces you to close everything on your device, and still crashes. It will strip you of your energy assets, and support will not restore them. Awful.

The game doesn’t give out compasses enough to explore the island so you can build more. You get more pearls for building materials than compasses. Please fix this issue.

Would so love it much more if one could zoom in and out when trying to get the badges. Love the game but just had to restart it and didn’t receive my “reward “ from the “anniversary ? “ deal on the 2nd level. Was not happy. Hope things like this don’t start happening like the other reviews I have been reading. Please don’t let me down. Well today you let me down yesterday I bought energy had 21 when I went to bed . Wake up to 10! Not Happy!?

I was playing the plane and collecting points for prizes,got enough to collect the prize for having 8350 points when it said error to restart the game, it did not give the prizes I had won, I have been playing this game for a long time and I like it but this is getting worst.

Until today my iPad game was great and worth 5 stars. Opened it up this morning and found a screen indicating an update. Click..goes to app..click.. back to update screen. This is an endless loop with no fix. Can’t get past the update screen to download game. Went to wooga-helpshift but found only FAQ answers. No way to contact anyone for help. I need the update fixed ASAP. In the meantime my ancient PC is barely working for the game.

All my previous one star comments have been deleted. Apparently "You can't handle the truth." My new request is to have the capability of a negative star rating. Your response to all problems is to start over. Most current update still does not have the option of a single player game. Replace this version with the original I downloaded. What a hack you people are. You say Pearl's is a single player game, but I did NOT sign up to play this on Facebook or at any time give my permission to connect to Facebook. The ONLY option to play is to sign in through Facebook and I will NOT play that way. Send a fix where I have the choice to play without/with Facebook and don't tell me to start over at chapter 1. PLEASE CHANGE THIS GAME BACK TO WHERE YOU DON'T FORCE US TO PLAY ON FACEBOOK. I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. CONTINUING TO RATE THIS GAME WITH NEGATIVE STARS. Non-Facebook game please !!!
