Right in middle of time sensitive portion-- off it goes. So you lose your earned credit and you start all over. I'm about ready to delete.

I like the game very much but have noticed you gain at the beginning of a scene...10 to get halfway then it takes 30 or more for the second half. The scoring doesn't seem to go by how well you do at all and it's hard to earn enough money to build. Also when I watch your clips for free items half the time I get screwed out of it because your clip ends in a blank screen. Then I have to restart the game all over again.

LOVE the game...almost finished after playing for over 2 years...HATE the new updates!!! still love the game have over 2000 badges. it does take a long time to advance but i got all my new land patches and i am working on opening those. MAJOR complaint...when i get energy sent to me i very often don’t get them. if i am sent 1 or 2 they load into my energy but if i get 4 or more they never go into my energy. i complained about this once before but today i got 4 energy and none of it when into my energy “bank”.i bet i’ve lost over 25 energy since the first of the year...very irritating and i do purchase extra energy packEgs. would be very nice if you gifted me some energy...show good faith. i can’t be the only person this is happening too. you must be making a fortune...give what i should have gotten sent to me by my friends. thanks, diane

I played this game, left it and came back. It is way too slow going from scene to scene, getting clues and getting the materials needed to build as well as to open new territory. I am getting frustrated and may leave again.

I enjoy...but every time I click to earn “free gifts” I watch a video and then it tells me “no video available “. That’s super frustrating.

I played this game until I beat it, ran out of storage space, etc. stopped early 2017 and just saw that they expanded. Can’t wait to get back at it!

The update has several bugs, small but annoying. First they lost the commas on numbers. Then they took away coins earned on buildings under upgrade construction. The “internet connection” error is more frequent now. Some formatting issues in the team challenge area. Still love the game though

Used to enjoy, hard to get in, dissappearances while playing a scene, freezing, etc, and now bought a decoration for $10,000 coins and was not credited with prestige points!!! NOW I am stuck at game 51 until I earn enough coins to buy another decoration. DO NOT have any problems with other games. Am a senior who likes to keep her mind alert, this game no longer qualifies as pleasure!!! TOO MUCH work for little pleasure!!! Boring, man in hospital with broken windows, bugs,ridiculous,don't people ever change their clothes, must STINK, WHAT do other think???getting close to game 60 with tons of prestige, coins and whatever and I Shall Close,!!! WOOGA GAMES ARE A FARST, GOOD BYE!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL Nothing has changed! Lost 10 coins trying to Finnish puzzle, not worth it! Just read other reviews, same problems as me SOOO why don' t you FIX the problem!!!??? BORING!!!tried to get into game SIX times to no avail and when I did played a game found 3 items and it would dissappear over and over again! NOT WORTH IT. DO NOT BOTHER.
