Been playing and Paying a long time but........

Hi I have been playing this game for almost 5 years and I have enjoyed it at times. I have had great service from customer service and bad service as well. I had gotten away from the game because of frustration because it is very hard to get anywhere when everything takes so long or cost so much. I have spent ALOT of money on this game so don’t mind spending some to give back to help developers etc... The past 3 months I have come back because I like the holidays stuff Halloween,thanksgiving, Christmas I was totally disappointed on the first 2 and now with Christmas it’s still disappointing. When you can’t even play the Christmas scene because you don’t have a character (twins) it’s frustrating. I don’t see any info on how to get them, only thing I see is promotion to buy them. I have paid for characters in the past but to be forced to or you can not even participate in event seems greedy to me. I’m sure there are a lot of kids that play this game and they can’t afford all the money you require to play at a level that makes it remotely fun. As for me I’m done, it’s not about the 9.99 to get the twins but more about all the complaints from people that go on deaf ears. Almost all of your feedback sounds the same, people saying the same thing over and over for years and years. Nothing changes and I suspect by now it never will. I kept hoping after awhile things would change and since it’s more or less a kids game that you would lighten up some and be a little more giving after you had made a lot of money. I have never been given anything from your game but a discount to spend more money. I do appreciate your time and effort to bring us a game from a character that we all love. I wish someone would take over that would make game fun again and not make it so hard to do anything. It should be light and fun with snoopy not all serious and take hrs to earn even the smallest shovel or helmet. Thank you for listening and for the fun I have had these past years, I wish you well.

I can’t play the Christmas scene unless I spend $10?! How about $1 for just the twins? Or a better way to earn them, coins? This is ridiculous. It’s just a game and I’ve spent money before, but not going to right now.

With Christmas update the skip by video was removed and harder to get items. Bummer cause I’m not one to buy coins/dollars. Still playing but....

Very little direction

It’s ok. My problem is that things have to be crafted from a specific shop but there is shop shown anywhere, ex. the bike shop. So far I haven’t had the glitch issues others have had. Just no direction in the game. I’ll probably delete it soon.

Please help!! Getting frustrated!!

WHERE or HOW do I get the bicycle store??!! I can’t make any more progress on the game due to not being able to get the metal to craft certain items!! ?

I Love Charlie Brown nut some often when you press the bulletin board (sign)after you watch a short ad,the music just goes off then restart the app. I would really like that if to be fix thx! But everything is fun!

Characters get stuck

The peanuts characters get stuck telling me to do the same task over and over it was so annoying I had to delete a amazing app. Please look at developers

It was fun at first but it gets extremely boring after a while waiting for tasks to finish. Trying to get coins takes forever. Crashes a lot.

I am sixty years old with my own beagle (blue beagle) named Snoopy. He just turned 15 last Halloween 2019. I have been playing this game for many years! My Snoop & I totally enjoy it!

LOVE Snoopy.. Love the game. But as someone already stated, the longer you play.. the MORE EXPENSIVE it becomes. After 3 years, it went from single digits to $17.99 For an event. I can get away with $3 $5 maybe even $6.. but $17 is OUT! “Property” went from $100 Snoopy Bucks to $1100.. unless you PAY to get Snoopy bucks, I guess you do without. Such a FABULOUS GAME.. SOOO MUCH FUN.. A SNOOPY FAN LOVER. BUT.. looks like developers put the buck before the customer.
