i can’t play the game right now because every time I open it, i get a pop-up window saying there’s an update to download. I hit o.k. It takes me to their page in the App store. There’s nothing to press to update. I tried open. It just takes me back through the same routine. Also, you all need someone who’s checking your spelling. Also wondering why there are things in the quests that a person can’t access. Why put them there if the player hasn’t attained that level? Useless.

New update won’t allow me to access. Last update I could no longer earn Snoopy bucks by watching videos. The videos would either run all the way and no reward, or wouldn’t even load.

I love the game!! Very addictive!! And I’ve always had great customer care. BUT..... really hoping the bugs get fixed this go around. Tired of being kicked off game trying to watch AD’s for bucks (and i dont have internet, just using straight data) We should all get get like $50 green bucks free for all the updates to fix the glitches!!

Characters are stuck!

I’ve been having the issue since last year around valentines of having certain characters stuck in an action on a dance floor. I’ve contacted the developers several times through messages on Facebook with no replies. I think it could be a fun game if it weren’t for this issue and the lack of concern from the makers of this game!! I would give less than a star if I could!

This is a great game if you love Snoopy. The updates are great. And customer service is the best. They get back too you right away. No waiting! The updates are cute.

Crashes so much

I love this game so much and would have given it 5 stars except it crashes too much and I always lose important items. I'm getting tired of all the crashes so I might just stop playing this game altogether.

Love this little game. It has its issues, but if you follow the directions for customer support, they get you up and running. :)

Please offer Rerun character again!!! Thank you for more land , BUT, asking 1000 dollars for the last two is unacceptable. I had a hard enough time achieving 750. Must mean it is time to stop playing the game. ? I am at level 31 and have no land available to add any more trees or dog park, etc. Please make more land available. Thanks for more levels, but now the water slide feature is not working. I have all the champion meals, but they do not register. ? thanks for the water slide fix. ? BUT, I am disappointed that it takes so many hours to get an eraser and milk carton. Also, that Charlie is the only one that can do that task. This request is too hard to accomplish. I just purchased Rerun for $9.99 and did not receive the package. Please help! Since I did not get the Rerun package, will you please let us purchase with dollars Rerun character. I have my fingers crossed you will do it.
