Great game except when you have to buy new characters with real money! I don’t mind saving up my snoopy dollars to buy new characters but I’m really disappointed when they want you to spend real money. The support for this game is awesome, they are quick to respond to any problems I have and they resolve my issues quickly. Great game!

Don’t waste your money

won't trust an app

I’ve been playing this game for months then for two days the app won’t come up or work so I downloaded it again and I lost everything!! Lost my levels and money. So sorry I played this app

Waste of Time!

I originally started playing this game on my phone and loved it. By the time I got to level 50, the game crashed every couple of seconds and my Snoopy disappeared. I was no longer able to play it on my phone. I decided to try playing it on my iPad. Everything was fine until I got to level 40 and now I lost Snoopy again! I contacted customer service and they said it would be fixed in the next update. If that’s the case, it should’ve been fixed three updates ago on my phone. Terrible customer service and waste of time and money!!!

I got a new phone. Everything switched over like it was supposed to do. I go to play this game and it has started me over at the beginning. I’ve tried contacting you guys twice and I have yet to get a response!! I have put over a year’s worth of time and money into this game!!!!!

Gift Box Buy Option

Now that gift boxes look like they're a way to get stuff, you need to add a buy option to get more for the big stuff like the ferris wheel.

This looks like a cute, and fun game to play. There is a problem being able to play it. You never have any room, so for weeks and weeks now I have not been able to do anything, and I am just starting the game!

Expensive and Crashes. Now it even slows down the tablet

One month later: am I the only one? Dollar bills go missing. I had just purchased a package so there were a few hundred bills. The second time I made a note and contacted support but no response. I no longer will invest any money in this game. Other games have options if want to purchase but this makes mandatory. I had never had spend such money on a game. 1. if I choose to skip by viewing the video, it will either crash on specific ads or won’t skip the time (usually Lily’s Garden) 2. it says it doesn’t require an internet connection but when it crashes it often gives “unable to connect to internet” and Woodstock appears. 3. it’s an interesting game but it slows down the game after the space town update. 4. If I joined late, how can I get access to some of the characters?

Freezing issue

Game consistently has been freezing after returning from an advertisement. I have to exit the game and then restart it.
