Needs fixing

I have lost one attempt in playing this game when it froze and I lost everything. Now with this new update my Snoopy is stuck at the vet trying to get scissors. The concept is delightful but I’m getting tired of it crashing and I can’t figure out how to get Snoopy out. I wish this game worked smoothly because the characters are really cute when they perform. There was no resolution with the constant crashing and have deleted the game off my iPad. Games are suppose to be fun not causing more frustration in life.

I started out loving this game, then the movie billboard stopped working and I couldn’t watch any ads to get dollars. The most recent disappointment is how the game keeps,crashing every time I collect coins or items. I contacted them about this weeks ago and was promised a fix.... nothing yet.

After Months of constant crashing, my game completely reset. I was so bummed! Thankfully, their customer service helped me get everything back and fixed the crashing issue! They were super friendly and timely. So happy! ————— It’s been a couple of weeks since my previous review, and the game has only gotten worse. I open, it crashes, open, crash, open, crash... I’m lucky to be able to collect one item a day. I’ve spent enough $ and time on this that I would like to have an update rather than deleting the app. Please fix the crashing! ——————————— The crashing has become intolerable! I’ve spent far too much time on a game that crashes more in a day than my other apps crash in a year. This isn’t an exaggeration! I can’t even collect 10 things without having to reboot the game 2-3 times. Come on!

Love this game! I love that they added video watching as a chance to collect dollars to buy dollar items! Also, great customer service. I changed phones and thought i had lost all my progress but luckily they were able to recover and transfer it over! Great game, love the tasks, love the characters!

Will not allow me to do my update! The game is fun to play and the graphics are awesome, but it crashes and their are way too many glitches in the game. Constantly have issues with it! I have spent quite a bit of money on playing the game and it has taken two characters that I purchased and the game will NOT allow you to get them a second time. Very upsetting after making purchases.

This game used to be a lot of fun to play and I made a lot of good fiends but now I feel it’s all about the money! And I’m getting annoyed and ready to quit it’s just not worth the headaches anymore I think they got new management to the responses you receive from them are so canned and seemed to be copied and pasted to you they used to have a very helpful guy named Shane who was extremely helpful and understanding now it’s someone new who doesn’t even add up to him, I also noticed they have became more about the money and less about the player and I truly find it sad. I don’t think this game is going to last much longer if that’s the way they want to go about it like they released a Labor Day event and half the people never got it you contact support and all they basically say is oh well we will have the developers look into it they just don’t care so all I can say is Gamers beware you won’t get far on their I don’t really care attitude they need to go back to the way they used to be and bring back Shane UPDATE I’m now having multiple problems with my game for 1 it keeps freezing and crashing without me doing anything just randomly crashes, I can’t visit my friends as they don’t show up expect like 1 by 1 in a slideshow form not in rows like normal I deleted & reinstalled the game a few times but these issues aren’t fixed with the reinstall(s) what can u do? It’s not fun not playing a game that doesn’t work right and goes through a few people And crashes and then crash

I have been a long time fan of the peanuts and an old game called Snoopy Street Fair. Once the game got removed from App Store, I was eager for a new game. It’s good and all but there are just some things that give it flaws. 1. It would be nice if there was an easier way to get Snoopy Dollars. From the start of the game, Snoopy gives a quest to build his sisters house which cost $80. I’ve haven’t got there yet. 2. An editing mode to easily make changes without having to put to much time. (Like clash of clans)

HIW DO I GET SPIRAL XMAS TREE?

HOW DO I GET SPIRAL XMAS TREE? It says from the red tree but I don’t have one. Have looked in inventory, market and event market place. I cannot finish off the last projects without it. Two came with the new character package but now I am stuck. HELP!!! This is my third review. Not much has changed. It still crashes a lot but reboots quickly, so mostly an annoyance. I still don’t receive all the things I or my Characters make but it is getting better. There should be a better way to earn cash. I am at the top, have several cash machines and it still takes way too long to earn money to expand lots. Make lots use money or coins. Don’t be afraid to make lots 1,000,000,000 coins. That would help. The transition to Xmas Snoopy went smoothly except for NO WAY TO GET SPIRAL TREE. This is nice game but I agree with others, too expensive. Also, the same beginning characters make lots of items. I noticed this time that you have some more everyday items being made by some of the newer characters so the original characters can concentrate on Xmas. That is a good thing. This rollout was more thought out and complete than most of the others. Keep up the good work. Rebecca

getting annoying

i absolutely adored this game , but when i need to update my backpack , i can’t because i’ve wasted my money on other things the game wanted me to spend it on . so then i don’t have any other choice than to spend my actual money . if i don’t update my backpack , then i can’t do anything . can’t collect branches , or any other stuff that i need . this is annoying , please fix this
