Worked....and then it didn’t...then it worked....and then it didn’t. Easier to just buy a sunpass than screw around with this app

Was supposed to be refunded 14 days after I deactivated my account. The money was never refunded, I changed banks so the card on file was changed. My new card was charged 25$ so now I was owed 18$ for the original card and the 25$ I was charged for new card. The 25$ was refunded, but the 18$ can’t be refunded because they can only refund to the original payment. So I don’t recommend to use. They steal your money.

If you want to be removed or refunded they give you the run around. If you use this app you may be subject to having your info out there forever so I’d think twice before you put your info in the app unless you are from California they don’t pay tolls in central US good luck be smart

I would give this app no stars if I could. Complicated to use initially and you can’t even use it until 24 hours after you’re “activated”, so it’s pointless when you forget to grab your epass when you change cars and travel for the day and need to use it the day of. Didn’t realize you need 24 hour activation until after you sign up and pay. They force you to put $25 automatically on your account and it auto recharges and charges you a fee that’s non refundable. Once I realized how much money they were taking out when not necessary, I made my account inactive and turned my location services for it off which apparently all was a lie. They said they would refund you when you inactivate and I even got an email stating my refund is complete but nothing is in my bank account showing I was refunded days after. Instead, they charged me for a toll weeks after I made my account inactive. This app is a scam. I see others have had the same unfortunate events. Do not download and give them your money. I will delete this review if you give me my full refund back.

I can’t even register my 2021 vehicle because it’s not a listed option. And my car is one of the most popular models on the road today. Also, there is no explanation on how or where this service is supposed to work. No thanks! I’ll stick to my reliable EZ Pass.
Why keeping $1.40???

My total payment was $36.40. I requested a full refund since I don't see the benefits of it, but you guys only refunded me $35. No services were even used!!! Update 6/7/21: while I clearly said above that Paytollo has refunded me $35 but is keeping $1.40, their developer team replied on my review here and told me to "send us a quick email so we can refund the transaction fee." - so I thought they would refund me $1.40. I sent an email to their customer service team and Josh said that the $1.40 fee is non-refundable. Do you guys even read the review? I said I want $1.40 back because I never used Paytollo service at all - I simply put money into my fund, decided that it's not for me and requested a full refund! My account was deactivated, so the $1.40 fee for creating the Paytollo wallet should be refunded as well!!! How hard is that???

Can't login after it took my initial 26usd tried too many times, and nothing, can't even unlinked or whatever it asks for you to do to get a refund
