It’s horrible service. They take your money and there is no phone number to call.. if they take ur money that is it... I’m piss

The worst possible app ever.. they charged me 3 times and I’m for sure they scammed me because they amount of tolls I took never amounted to the amount of money they took out. And after deactivating my account they managed to charge me another recharge balance. Unbelievable.

The app stopped opening for me and you save no money with this. It reloads and pays for tolls on its own time, sometimes it takes it right away and other times it waits a while. Worst app ever!!!! Save yourself the headache and just get a transponder.

Still getting charged w/an inactive account

If I could leave a no star rating I would. I had to go to the extreme of cancelling my card and ordering a new one because after removing my payment method from the app not allowing transactions through my phone, deleting the app and turn off location services for this app.. I continued to get charged!! I even tried to log back thinking maybe I did something wrong but sure enough a message popped up confirming that my account was inactive.. then I started receiving emails saying my account would get deactivated if I didn’t update my payment method.. since I went back to SunPass I just let it “deactivate” even though it already was!! And last but not least this morning I started receiving invoices to my emails again!!! How are you still tracking me and continuing attempts to charge my card when I stopped sharing my location and my account is supposedly inactive already?? Of course I had all the proof and all the screenshots to prove all of this so my bank did not hesitate to issue me a new card.. do not recommend for anyone, ever.. Period.

Worst app I have ever used. Takes 24 hrs to register a vehicle and then you can’t even pay tolls or search the tolls you want to pay. You can be sure that make you charge an random amount to their app so they have your money first of course. I will be cancelling all charges and deleting this app. NEVER USE THIS APP.

I used this regularly while traveling around our state. This has replaced toll tags and has been very convenient to use. I don’t need them for rentals so that’s not an issue for me. Haven’t had problems with billing others have experienced. Keep up the good work and happy travels.
