Using just because there is no other option

Havent seen a worse app than this. In every aspect: service, safety, app design, ethics, convenience, user friendliness, choices of services provided, UI, UX, reliability... paytm is the worst. As a grad student im against using superlatives in general. But paytm truly deserves it. Exploitation at its worst. Guys give me a service which does half of what they claim to do and I’ll switch.
Don’t use when network is low

After QR scan I submitted request to pay money to shop keeper. After sometime app showed an error message on screen indicating non successful transaction. I thought may be some network issue but I received an email showing success transaction. When i contacted paytm care they refused to pay my money back. So, don’t use this useless app if you have network issue. Application is not tested properly.

This is of no use . It doesn’t connect to the operator even when I am using a 4g connection. Also I am unable to change my name ,it says that your profile has been updated. This app is such a jerk.
KYC hasn’t been working for months

KYC hasn’t been working for months so the app and service are quite useless. You can’t load money into the Paytm wallet without KYC, and there’s nothing you can do with the service without loading money into it. What’s worse is that the app description doesn’t inform you about any of these problems. It tells you it allows KYC but that doesn’t work. It tells you to open a Paytm bank account but when you try to do that you get a message that no new accounts are being opened at this time. This has also been going on for months. The least that Paytm should do if they can’t get their service working is to correct the app description.
Worst app ever. I wish there were negative stars to rate this app.

I sent you my details on the same day I placed this order. You never replied or anything. Now, almost 1 month later the order is cancelled and it say “you have not uploaded the required details for the activation of your Paytm FASTag. Hence, your order was Cancelled.” What rubbish is this? I sent the details, you’ve not asked me for anything further. This is also the 2nd time I’m trying to get fastag through you and the previous time it got cancelled too. This is a very slow and frustrating system you have!!!
