I receive an error every time I try to do my KYC. How can this company be trusted with digital transactions when they cannot even create an app that doesn’t constantly show errors? Is there any quality control staff? Do the founders and executives use the app themselves? I would encourage all the developers and project managers at Paytm to download and use the PayPal and Venmo apps for a few days and observe the difference from their own app..

I have used other payments apps too but Paytm is the worst(especially the “new paytm”) Doesn't accept cards from all banks. Randomly I get signed out and then the app asks me to sign in again. App crashes while making payments. Items are available for sale and when we proceed to payment it says out of stock. Horrible customer care. Oh wait. Then don't even answer your calls. Rubbish app. Good features but horrible performance.Please focus on maintaining your app.

Nice to see how huge this has become, the app is seamless but has lots of details. I recommend Paytm to constantly keep updating the USer interface and wish them to be at the top of innovation.
