Takes too long to load

I use paytm a lot and I love it. There are many times, I am in a line to buy something, open paytm to scan and it takes way too long before I can click pay. It shows many notifications to link my bank, loads all the offers and what not and feels very sluggish. This ruins the the otherwise great experience of instance payment that paytm offers.
Application not starting up

It takes about 10 times the time it would take for paying by cash!! Every time I open it to make a payment, the prompt to link with bank account opens instead. I DON’T WANT TO LINK WITH MY BANK ACCOUNT.
Error getting bills

Most of the time having issues getting bill. Requires trying multiple times. Please make your system more reliable and stable. I am using paytm for more than a year and it us very convenient. Giving 3 star just because of that. Hope you make the system more stable, so that I can change my rating Thanks

Initially adding money that my Wallet from bank was giving an error - “Please try later”. It gave this error repeatedly though my KYC was in verified status. Then I tried by logging out and re- logging in. It worked !
