PayPal has always been a good idea, from the start. It’s super convenient and you can do things like: 1. make more than one transfer per month 2. Use your PayPal Cash Debit Card for purchases online & in-stores 3. Earn cash back on select stores. BUT….BUT, BUT, BUT, BUT, BUT, BUT. Randomly, and without any warning they froze my account at a time that couldn’t have been worse for the picking. I was in the middle of a crisis and needed what funds were available and they told me there was nothing they could do. They were actually no help whatsoever and couldn’t answer any of my questions. It’s also impossible to stay logged in on the app, without putting in your password every single time after even checking the “keep me open

It’s a very good app. Unfortunately, it is not very helpful for blind users. Still recommend it though.

I have to say, the scammers got me! Had I not used PayPal I would just had to eat it but used them and I simply sent an email and within a week from reporting it I had the money back in my account and the scammers were reported! Thank you PayPal!?

I began using it when buying at Ebay, no problem so far. Quick and secure transactions, two to three times I've received fraudulent email telling me I've a problem in my account giving me a link to open my account, didn't do and reported to Paypal, they answered immediately and since thar first time, simply I don't open that link. Plenty satisfied

They will continue to charge up an empty bank account even when you tell them to stop. I paid so much in overdraft fees and all they had to offer me was a letter to my bank . The rep was very rude and would not listen. It made me more frustrated with the situation just talking to her.
