Terrible, try to avoid using PayPal if you can – PayPal - Send, Shop, Manage Review

They will continue to charge up an empty bank account even when you tell them to stop. I paid so much in overdraft fees and all they had to offer me was a letter to my bank . The rep was very rude and would not listen. It made me more frustrated with the situation just talking to her.
