PayPal has come a long way over the years and though they are still not able to offer you all the services your ‘big bank’ does, they do have their place. I use payPal as an important payment platform on my websites and their debit card for business-related purchases helping keep my paperwork that bit simpler. I have also always found their customer service facilities either by email or phone very helpful and professional. I feared their split from eBay would be their end but they have sustained well, growing their services and their reputation.

I like the new format of PayPal. It's a little different than the old one, but once you maneuver around a couple times everything is in its place. I’ve had a PayPal account since the year 2000 and I don’t remember one time where I have been dissatisfied or had a problem.
App Home Screen doesn’t work

Ever since the new update the Home Screen just displays “something went wrong” I’ve emailed support and received nothing so writing a review is the only way to go. Hopefully y’all see this and fix the app now
Reset PW Too Much

The app is fine, but it’s annoying that I have to reset my password every few times I use it. It seems to be because of a glitch, and it’s annoying.
