Confusing. Frustrating. Difficult to use with zero customer Service and no way of reaching out for aid.

From the app I cannot enter zero when deductions for subtracting office miles equals a zero. This is a big inconvenience!

For what’s there it’s not terrible, but the problem is that it lacks too many of the online capabilities that I need.

Constantly logs me out when I have “stay logged in” on. If it wasn’t for work and having to use this crap of a app I wouldn’t. I also wish there was a no star option.
I can’t make important changes.

You have to be on an actual computer to update stuff like your direct deposit. It’s extremely frustrating that I have to wait 3 to 4 extra days to receive my check in the mail. And it’s even worse now because COVID-19 has the post offices slowed down.

App says it will keep you logged in. It doesn’t. Also says it uses facial recognition. No. Got stuck on past timesheet and couldn’t get out. Too many bugs.
