Problems With Punch!!!

This app could be better if the location would work faster. After trying to re- downloading the app to see if it would make changes, now the punch is completely gone!

You have to fix this app, we clock in an out from this thing an it’s hit or miss sometimes it works other times it like it’s wiped clean you have to start from scratch entering your company ID etc... your password recovery doesn’t work it doesn’t send emails text or any thing it’s horrible

So there is no option to put in a application that isn’t working right unless we do a review on here I guess. I have been trying to access my account for work for a while now and I have updated my password I put in all the right information and it keeps saying “the credentials provided are incorrect” or “this business doesn’t allow access through biometric” and then tells me to go apply it to my setting but when I tried it didn’t even have the option in the settings. I kinda need this app to work especially for my job right now.
Punch in option doesn’t work!!

My punch in option doesn’t even show up! I tried calling for help but nobody would help me nor can they figure out why my app doesn’t have the ability to punch in. I’ve tried everything from deleting it and reinstalling, to putting it on my iPad Instead, everything! And it still won’t work. Nothing will show up on the app for me and nobody can fix it.

I am trying to reset my password because for some reason it is requiring a password even after my Face ID is showed. The link is never sent to my email so I can reset my password and I never get it to my phone either !

I hate this app, I hate this company and I wish my employer wouldn’t insist on using it. It is literally impossible to access your account without the help of your companies administration, which if anything like mine, gets very annoyed when you ask them to do their job. I wish Paylocity would go bankrupt.
