Annoying issue

I have to say I find paylocity to be an extremely annoying application to use. It constantly claims my password is incorrect, yet when I change it it said the new password can’t be the same as the last password. When your trying to punch in and your boss is breathing down your neck to get things started, it’s a pain to hold everything up because you can’t clock in. The app is also supposed to remember your password and device for three months, but I have had several times where it boots me after a day. Why is it that every other site in the world is ok with a username and password, but paylocity requires a company ID. That’s just one more thing I have to remember or pull manually out of my password manager for no seemingly added security or benefit. I’m sure payroll loves not spending so much time doing payroll, but this app pushes the burden onto the employee for so many things and makes every morning a pain, is it going to work today…. Nope.

When I first started using the app it was great. However, my biometric setting continually stops working. I then have to wait to get back to my pc to figure out my company ID. This is frustrating and negates the value of collecting digital versions of my receipts while out and about.

If you like logging in and a beyond asinine password policy boy are you in luck. Don’t bother trying to reset your password via the app either, because the capture wont work properly.

Cumbersome and inaccurate

I wholeheartedly believe that you could hire a 3rd grader to write a better app. Why does the app think that I would be clocking in after a 12 hour shift and why do I need to change the punch from clock in to clock out? It is a very simple “if, then else” routine. And why can’t I just see my paystub on the app instead of having to email it to myself? If I have to tell you any more I will bill you for my time!

App doesn’t seem to remember passwords locks you out for 5 minutes Slow in loading info Help button dose not do much Verifying captcha will glitch and shows multiple pictures but you can’t click on a single one because it highlights all of them sending you back to re login company name and all information


Need Much Improvement

This app needs a lot of improvement as soon as possible. You are suppose to be able to get up to five attempts or in the total amount of $500. But, a lot of times you are only able to attempt up to three attempts but two at the least. I personally would love for the app to be upgraded within its promising functioning of the app.

Expecting customers to go to HR for questions is a joke. Having a way to get application questions answered would be nice.

Outside & Lovin It

No able to clock in using this app. Doesn’t show my benefits, time off balances..etc should have stayed with ADP!!
