Worst parking app ever

The only physical payment machine in our lot was out of order so we downloaded the app and it was super glitchy- kept saying my vehicle already existed and we had never used the app before! So, we called customer service and the woman wouldn’t help us, was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I know how to use smart phone apps but this one stinks. I am so frustrated and will never park with this company again. What a terrible app and terrible customer service.

No Apple Pay support - they want to get your credit card. They also demand phone #, otherwise you cannot save payment details. And credit card scanner is not working at all. All in all crap user experience. And yet they are monopoly, so what can you do?

It’s nearly impossible to enter vehicle and payment info due to lack of text option. Ridiculous.
Best way to pay for parking

Love being able to pay before getting out of the car. Much safer not to be rummaging around in a purse on the sidewalk.
