Online patron is organized by category Audio Video Post But on the app it’s just a big’ol timeline.. that I don’t like! Other than that really love it
Where’s the “help” button?

Overall I like this app. But I’m not getting the multi factor authentication code sent to my phone, and I have no way to go in and change the phone number or ask for help. When is this going to get fixed?
The App Is Unusable

When I attempt to log in through the app, I’m told that I have to verify my account. An e-mail is sent to me to verify my account, but the only way to verify it is by clicking on a web URL in the e-mail. The web URL can’t be opened by the app- only by a web browser. So the web browser successfully takes me to my account, but I’m then using the web browser version of the website, not the app version. Basically, the app is completely useless and nonfunctional. I really love Patreon and appreciate what they do, but they need to spend a bit more time testing their own user interfaces and making sure their own platform works properly.

Wish there were more tabs and features to interact with on the app, great platform so far and looking forward to new ways of being able to interact with creators

Barely usable. Better to use the website but most everyone uses mobile apps these days. We are most likely missing new subscribers because of how buggy this app is. First impressions are everything and trying to use this app to see more than three or four posts becomes next to impossible.

Thank you for everything everyone does to keep this rolling . I really enjoy Steve Huff of Huff Paranormal, he is really only one that brought me to this platform. That man truly spreads love and light throughout all he reaches. Thank you for giving him a place to be comfortable, so he can continue helping the huge amount of people feeling just as I do missing loved ones and needing that little something to be able to live again knowing they are always with us. The app needs work. It needs a feature that auto plays audio files. Even being able to add a file to a queue would be an improvement. It’s also buggy and tends to reset all your listened shows back to 0:00.

Can’t see tiers, lists of rewards due. Hard to navigate. Not sure why it doesn’t function more like the website instead of having to go in through a browser.
