Still completely useless on iPad. And the new icon color change has me looking for the old orange one instead of the black new one that blends into so many phone backgrounds. Wth are y’all doing ? recent - Updates still aren’t increasing the usability of the app. Im ready to leave Patreon completely because of how frustrating it is to actually use it for content consumption.

Men y’all gotta fix your app every time I try to open the app it keeps on crashing which is frustrating I try reopening it and it does the same thing. Please fix the crashes.

I’ve emailed several times with zero response. Nothing like an app that makes a good beginning and then sales in the finish. Nothing like an app that makes a lot of money for itself and then walks away. Nothing like an app that takes advantage of both creators and subscribersBy charging their money, taking a cut of the action and providing zero customer service for your troubles. Rock on, Patreon. Take your money and run.

I don’t know how much Apple charges for thousands of fake reviews, but Patreon paid it. This is the third time I’ve downloaded this app and still can’t log in. It’s a scam.

It is a great app, the only reason I gave it for stars because its accessibility is not that great, if it was more accessible, I would give this five stars, I love that you can support your favorite creators.

My only gripe with Patreon is that it does not give creators the choice of when to bill their patrons. I think it would be a nice addition to the service, and it’ll give more freedom and customization to the creators. Other than that, I have no other issues.

I just started listening to podcasts and this was my 1st one. I haven listened to quite a few other ones, on many different topics,7 but kept going back to theories of the third kind then I listened to the promo after hearing them talk about their other show where they discuss theories, from then on I was hooked and everyone else who I've told about this show. I definitely recommend it highly!
I wish it was easier to understand

It’s very hard to use and navigate, half the time I don’t know or understand what I’m doing it’s very much difficult to get to where I’m trying to this site is very much complicated sadly :/

I started a Patreon to share holistic health wisdom. They removed me for no reason & no explanation when I emailed several times asking for one. I put a lot of time and effort into creating informational content (all within the guidelines( on my Patreon only to have them remove me for no good reason. Terrible terrible platform.
