the loading time to donate takes a quadrillion years to finalize and it is still not accepting my card! Deleting this app as we speak, LITERALLY GARBAGE

Patreon charged me for months after I canceled my membership for one creator. There is no way to get in touch with customer service. I have 0 memberships but was charged for 8 months after canceling and there is no way to be refunded. This is a scam. Do not sign up.
Unusable

Requires confirmation through email but then the sent link instantly times out. Again and again and again. Can even log in, making it unusable. Never have had a problem logging in on the website.

The core of the app does function but it is an absolute pain to navigate and use. It’s even worse than the website and that is bad too.

I’ve been subscribed to a page for a few days now and whenever I scroll the app always crashes and closes it without fail. It’s always around the same post too. I’m paying for this so I feel I should be able to see all the content? Is there anything that can be done about this?
