Patreon could add a few simple app and website fixes to improve the customer experience! First is allow creators and patrons to delete messages.
Censors everything

The app functions terribly & it erases comments that they don't like on Patreon memberships that you have paid to be a part of. It's so insufferable & condescending to be labeled spam or disinformation when you aren't. So rich of these platforms erasing our voices.

I have issues with swapping from pip to full screen it’ll lose my place and a lot of times the videos do not load when I press play

I’ve been complaining about this for three months now the page of a creator I’m subscribed to won’t load on the app. I tap on the name but when go to their page it won’t load. This has now been happening for four months and y’all still haven’t fixed it even though multiple people have complained about this but apparently y’all don’t care about your users experience on this app. One of your support members even accused me of lying about the issue which is even worse. - Sincerely an extremely unhappy user
They will charge you, but it won’t always work

Truly a shameful product. They’ll take your money from you without fail; but the app will crash if you try to do anything crazy like play or download a file or delete a played file. The. Worst.
