Bafflingly frustrating app

Unable to update payment information. Unable to sync with other devices. I regularly have to delete and redownload the app so that I can download older podcast episodes. Through gritted teeth I continue to use this platform. If the content I wanted was available elsewhere, I would go there in a heartbeat.
Worthless App - use the website

This has to be the most worthless app EVER. You must endlessly scroll through hundreds or more posts to find what you’re looking for. This app is for…well…I don’t know who this is for, frankly. Use the website…at least it is useful.

the creators on patreon are amazing, but youd think with the amount of money flowing into patreons pockets the apps quality would be better. it looks like it was made in 2012 and the quality reminds me of my first iphone.

WHY do these apps offer a “sign up with facebook” feature if they NEVER EVER work. I’m not dancing around for 15 minutes to figure out how you want me to sign up. If you have the button the button HAS TO WORK.

In my opinion, this is one of the best shows out there, I love AJ’s style of reporting. Not only entertaining but heartfelt, funny, informative. One of the bests shows out there!!!!
Crashes So Much It’s Unusable

The concept is great. I love supporting my favorite content creators. But the app is so buggy it’s unusable. Right now, for example, it crashes every time I try to view any of the posts of one particular creator so I am unable to access any of their Patreon content. I’m beyond frustrated and if it weren’t for the fact that it’s the only game in town, I’d have abandoned the platform years ago. Who needs usable technology when you have a monopoly, amiright?
It’s nice but have a few issues.

When looking at large profiles, it won’t let me scroll a ton before the app crashes and kicks me out. Also I can’t play videos on this either, but I can find most of the videos on YT and other stuff.
