Finally! A good Nethack app!

Sam Flack

I've always wanted to play Nethack or some form thereof on mobile, but this is the first one that hasn't felt unwieldy and awkward. Very fun and convenient! Thank you!!

Its fun

I messed around in the dungeon and tried something called dhLegacy. I like that your pet will keep following you. Great roguelike

Ohh boy

Guardsman

Found this game by accident! I'm new to traditional games and this is a fun way to ease into them. Complex, arcane, and sometimes punishingly difficult, but I'm having fun! Great execution as far as I can tell. Will put more time into this for sure.

Great Roguelike

A great game with smooth controls, a useful help tab for items, and just overall a great game

Best version of NetHack so far

BloopyDoops

I find this the best version of NetHack. Dhak Legacy is my favorite game mode!

Lgbb of course

I made my giant ninja character eat a kobold corpse

My favorite rouguelike of all time! Perfect touch integration!

I grew up playing this nethack. It is actually one of my earliest childhood memories. I am so grateful that Callan made this app. A brilliant rouguelike based on nethack rules. I love the classic 8-bit tile mode. It is an absolute joy to play and he keeps making it better and better. Thank you!!! This is hands down the best rougelike in the app store.

A great roguelike

Giantmarc

Wow. I have tried a lot of roguelikes from the app store and most either lack depth or a decent interface. This combines most of the depth of Nethack with great UI design for touch screens. Easy to play and learn thanks to the context sensitive help in game. The statistics and info given for each object in its "help" description levels nethacks learning curve.

The Best Roguelike on iOS

Mistress Fannypack

Probably the best RPG too. Very intuitive for anyone who has only played roguelites, early bioware games, or dnd. The custom icons are pretty cool to use on your own characters. So many gameplay possibilities. My only gripe is it that its easy to accidentally move somewhere when you were trying to adjust the camera. I adapt to this by touching a safe spot before sliding the camera. Other than that, it is pure excellence.

Great but needs work on multi

grimguild

I tried to get multiplayer but couldn't could you make it easier to work
