Don’t listen to the bad reviews the app is great I use it all the time and it works. For the people that can’t get there’s to work... you probably broke the device. I got mine at good will and it works

First off, let me state that this review is based more on the pot and not so much the app, which is pretty decent. The pot however, worked great in the beginning, it was easy, my plant was doing really well, so I went and bought 5 more of these pots. For about a year no problems, then suddenly, one of my plants died, I took the pot apart and found that water from the holding tank leaked into the battery chamber causing the batteries to rust and explode, so my plant had a nice acid bath for who knows how long. I tried to get help from Parrot since this was clearly a design flaw, and they basically gave me the run around and in the end wouldn’t help me. Well, 6 months later, from the 6 pots I purchased, I now only have 1 that is still functioning and parrot refuses to do anything about it. In fact, I wrote reviews about the pot on amazon and their website and they had them all removed. Do not buy this product, at $150 pet pot, it’s a lot of money to spend to kill your plants. The app on the other hand, it works, I think...? I have nothing to connect it to any longer.

The app appears to not be maintained anymore. It crashes on start for me, and never got updated for the iPhone X screen.

I just upgraded to iOS 12 and the app now crashes on launch. Additionally, they use their own cloud service and it has been down frequently starting in August, including one outage of nearly a week. Without cloud access, I can’t update the history graphs.

Have used this for years but it now crashes at startup on all devices with ios12. This makes the flower power completely useless as the only way to data from it is via mobile device.

Edited: Conversation with Parrot support today...they informed me that they are not planning to update this and they’re considering the pot and end-of-life product. So for those of us who still had functioning pots until we updated to iOS 12, I guess we now have expensive flower pots that do nothing. Nice customer service. Highly recommend avoiding ALL products by this manufacturer from here on out. *** Does not work at all with ios12. This is an unacceptable situation considering that it renders an extremely expensive piece of hardware unusable.
