New update makes you buy multiple devices.

LojackPL

DO NOT BUY. This app used to allow monitoring multiple plants with one device. As of today this is no longer possible. The company wants you to spend to the tune of $50 per device in order to monitor different plants as the app wont allow to program multiple plants to one device. Theft! FALSE ADVERTISMENT! Refund NOW!

New version freezes on "uploading firmware". Previous version used to work with same device same day. They screwed it...

nearly unusable after update

won't let me view charts for a flower power that requires firmware update! even if historical data is available, won't show it

No longer possible to move Flower Powers between plants

J.Lev

I have a couple Flower Powers and I liked my setup. Basically, I'd rotate them between plants every few weeks instead of always having it monitor a single plant. And the old app was cool with this. In fact, when I used to remove it from one plant and put it in another, the app would ask if I moved it and would give me the choice to pick the new plant it was monitoring. Now, with the update, it's not possible to move a flower power between two plants. You have to delete the plant entirely and start over again. I really wish Parrot built on their existing features instead of simply obliterating them. The new UI is great and looks SO MUCH BETTER, but the superficial changes are definitely overshadowed by the functional loss.

The new UI is very good but it's not possible to move Flower Power

Flo19713

I like the new UI but it's not possible to move Flower Power or to monitor 2 plants with the same Flower Power which was a great feature. I will change my rating to 5/5 if they put back this feature

The new update looks great but it is horrible

Once I updated the app, the interface looked great but I can no longer switch to live move, I cannot get the suggestions (watering, fertilizing) to go away after I take care of it, like before the app updated. I am also forced to use one device for each plant. The fact that you could use one flower power to monitor multiple trees was the main selling point. Unless they fix what they broke with this update, I'm throwing the flower power into the garbage and deleting this app.
