Of course you need to allow notifications to use the app ... but then you send promotions? Like, weekly? Cmon. This is a bummer business practice. If there were another option I would delete this immediately. What a disrespect for your PAYING customers. Be better than this. ----- Update: developer says they're "looking into how often" they send advertisements to the app that I pay for with every use. Just think about it from the user standpoint, mr/mrs developer: how many advertisements would you want as notifications? Like, none probably. Make a good product that people like and use! Don't force feed advertisements or promotions! Generate good will! You can do it!!!

Love the app! Hate parking attendants don’t look at I️t!

App is awesome! I’ve had to dispute 2 tickets because the parking attendant failed to check before issuing the tickets. Once they get used to using Parkmobile I’m sure it’ll be much better.

Needs update

SJStffrd

This app needs an update. Information about a parking session should be able to be changed. With multiple cars it is quite easy to set the incorrect car. Then you get to pay for extra sessions to correct. Parkmobile’s response that it’s the “parking operator” shows a distinct lack of innovation and concern for customer suggestions. That it’s not possible within the first couple of minutes of a session change the vehicle to another on my preloaded list is absurd. I paid $10.20 for a $5.10 session. Corporate greed at its finest. It’s not me it’s the parking operator.

Enter a zone in Grand Rapids and Park in Wisconsin

Grand Rapids Man

This app could be great but they have to sort out their zone numbering. When trying to park in Grand Rapids, my zone number frequently parks my vehicle in another city which is a great way to get a ticket. There is no way to change your city either; you get 4 numbers and if the app decides it's in another city, that's what you get... And a parking ticket if you're not paying attention. The reason it's a one star versus two is that they have zero customer service to report these issues. I wish Grand Rapids would switch providers, guess it's back to quarters to feed the meters.

Works but frustrating

sk3ptic

Once you get this setup it works fine, but it is a pain to change cars. You can only have 4 cars at once, but it doesn't tell you that until you try to add a 5th car. After you enter everything it tells you that you have entered the max number of plates THEN THERE IS NO WAY BACK. I had to kill the app and reenter it. Then you cannot delete the default vehicle so you have to delete another vehicle then add you new vehicle then set it as default, THEN you can delete the old vehicle. A good app that needs some attention to non-happypath use cases.

The app doesn’t work properly

Won’t let you add or edit your credit cards. And when trying to pay with Apple Pay, immediately asks to choose a credit card and won’t show Apple Pay anymore.

Easy and Great

I love this app. Not only is it easy to setup and use it also saves you money as you only pay for the parking you use.

So convenient!!!

I use the app quite often almost on a daily basis. I’ve never had any issues and I just want to say thank you for creating this wonderful app!!!

Doesn't Support Apple Pay

XLjc078

Was excited to see the app indicate that it supports Apple Pay to book parking. Set up Apple Pay in the app and went to park. It then prompts me to add a payment method because it says I don't have one. I check my payment methods and Apple Pay is already there. ??? Gave up and had to pay at the kiosk. ParkMobile Fail!

No email receipts

Халиун

I've been using this app for quite some time and it's been working great until they updated the app. Now I stopped receiving email receipts which I need for reimbursements. The amounts are on the app itself, but it's complicating to print them out.
