Worst streaming app ever

Every 5-10 minutes I get the message “Sorry, the content can not be played at this time”. Then I have to back out and start from the beginning of the show. I get to watch all of the commercials all over again every time! Did I mention commercials? In a paid for app? You know how many commercials I want in an app I pay even a penny for? Zero! This app and service is horrible.

I would love if we would be able to get notifications for shows, like if a new episode is out and put our favorite shows in a list so it’s easier to find them.

I want to like it...there’s a lot of great content on the all access app... But OH MY GOD IS THIS APP GLITCHY. It skips and gets pixelated, then rewinds by several seconds, it just stops, even with decent WiFi. It’s hard to even get through a single episode. Unless there’s a patch or a solution provided by the app developer, some kind of troubleshooting, I’ll be cancelling my subscription before the trial period is up. It’s not worth a dollar as it is, much less the 10$ a month.... So frustrating.

They added profile. Now , on my Apple TV , when my show pops up. When I click it , it ask which profile and it doesn’t take me to my show. I need to go through the menus to find it. Please allow users to discontinue the user profile feature. I am the sole watcher , I do not need a profile

Whoever wrote this app needs to be fired. Who ever at CBS approved this app needs to be fired. This is amateur hour over here. Can’t click on anything in the TVOS app, the volume fluctuates randomly, worst streaming app by miles.
A mess
quite a mess
Runs fine on my smart tv, but only get an Oops when I try to run on my iPhone or iPad. Tried to call for help after 3 call attempts and an hour waiting......gave up. Sat on hold forever.... Support doesn’t exist.

Playback constantly freezes, requiring a full restart—whereupon it loses your place in the episode. Try to fast-forward to get back to where you were? It freezes again. Want to search for a particular show? It freezes. It’s ridiculous that consumers are expected to pay a subscription—subject to ads—when CBS remains incapable of basis competence.

... as soon as I came back to the app after upgrading to an ad free account, I was immediately stuck inside a 30 second ad?!?!?!? These people are just liars and thieves.
