Won’t provide activation code

Trying to log in with my cable provider and the app won’t generate an activation code. Non-functional

Most apps work fine but the ones that are off I feel necessary to express discontent. Multiple times I’d try to sign into the CBS app & nothing would happen. This was the main issue as it’s hard to critique an app if you can’t do the basic function of signing in. Sign in issues on iPhone, on laptop I just receive app error, so useless there. Had a friend log in with their phone & was able to get through but streaming was poor our conclusion was that cbs isn’t built for comfortable streaming. All in all the experience was a zero in a 1-10 rating scale.

It worked great the first month! Now nothing! I click on a show and it shows me other shows and it won’t play anything. Not worth paying!
Doesn’t work on Apple TV

This app used to be great but after signing up for 1 year, no commercials, I can’t make it work on Apple TV because location sharing won’t work. Hey CBS — let’s go back a few versions and make it work as well as it used to work. PS — even the troubleshooting link throws an error.
Low quality application

Seemingly crashed during super bowl. App on my smart TV works maybe 50% of the time. Will never cast from my phone or laptop to my tv. Thought it was the tv at first, but every other media app works fine. Why do I pay $9.99 a month for this? Certainly won’t continue to.
You app no longer works

I have a subscription, yet, I can no longer watch anything anymore. No show even shows episodes. Worked till yesterday and now completely useless. At least I can now get rid of one subscription... Ah, and the subscription I had was commercial free. And had to watch commercials at the start of every episode... HOW IS THAT NOT A SCAM???
