App doesn’t work well on iPad

I keep having to uninstall and reinstall this app trying to get it to work. It is not very user friendly, it is slow, and freezes. I’m using it on a brand new iPad, so outdated tech and limited storage are not an issue. I have been cursing the app for over an hour now and am still not done with the invite I’m trying to send. Love the site, idea, and designs, so I’m hoping changes can be made to make the app easy to use.

Yr site used to be better! What a shame. Your customer service is VERY pleasant but they can’t make the app work. So many bugs and so difficult to use. SO SORRY to have to look elsewhere.
Impossible to use

It’s insanely frustrating to try and edit and add guests using this app. There’s a million glitches. I just downloaded it today and it was messing up so terribly I thought there must be an updated version or something that I didn’t have. Nope- just a very poor functioning app.
Slick designs, but buggy

I love the design of the cards and there’s tons of options. Choosing the envelope and envelope liner is a nice touch. And they’re actually quite affordable. The app is kind of buggy, though. At least on iPad. It doesn’t behave as expected. Also, when typing in a card, it’s hard to move the cursor around to edit the text.

the design is amazing but it doesn’t work, it’s laggy and you can’t finish creating an invite without the app crashing. I have attempted multiple invites many times and I’m over it. Done. Don’t even try. Use another application.

This is ridiculous. Can’t do much of anything productive. Had to do create on website b/c app didn't allow me to do it, and then can’t even add guests through the app consistently. Half the time it is buggy and crashes or doesn’t display correctly.

Buggy, freezes, awful app. Come on paperless you can do better than this!

Could not complete one greeting card without it freezing multiple times. Very annoying.
