Worst app I have used in ages

ampersand_c

What a shame! It took ten minutes to change one line of text (before I gave up.) The app is either unresponsive, freezes, or crashes. It worked successfully for a moment. Highly regrettable and I am unlikely to use the product.

Very frustrating app

Sodie456

This is my first time ever writing an app review, but this is THAT annoying that I feel the need. The interface is counterintuitive and many features simply don’t work. Crazy that a service for online invites offers such a terrible app.

Not Universal

FirstTimeFinancer

I would like to see the app be able to do everything the website can do. For instance, I can’t see the comment wall on the app. I can’t make sense of why, as others have described, the platform is not universal across all devices. This should be a major focus of quality improvement for the folks at PaperlessPost.

Hire a better troubleshooter

The concept of this program is fantastic. The mobile app execution is horrendous. Do yourself a favor and sit down at a desktop computer and work with the website. DO NOT USE the app or even a mobile website. They could do themselves a huge favor by just making the full desktop version of the site viewable by a mobile system, but alas. They do not. If you do not have access to a full desktop computer like myself, go to the library. Seriously the extra time you take to go to the library and use a desktop will save you so much more time trying to navigate this app and use it affectively.

AWFUL!!!!

KCPrep

SOOOO FRUSTRATING!!!!!! The bugs are NOT FIXED!!!!!!! Have been trying to make a send a birthday card for over 2 hours and it just gets stuck!!!!!!

Sleazy app

applecustomer1234xyz

What a horrible app. I tried to logon using a public Wi-Fi with VPN (there was no cell coverage) and it forced me to turn VPN off. Why expose your customers to hacking, malware and identity theft just so you can spy on them easier with PaperlessPost‘s cookies and location identifying software? We will no longer use PaperlessPost.

Buggy!!!

buggyy!!

Used to love paperless post but over the last year it’s become so buggy it’s driving me insane. I’m done and am switching. I emailed Customer service back in October 2018. Here’s what they said: “Our iOS team has identified an issue that is causing the app to crash on devices that run 32bit processors. This is occurring on the iPhone 5, 5c, and 5s or older, iPad4 or older, and the iPad mini 1. We are working on a fix for this problem, which would be submitted and released in a future version of the Paperless Post App. Fast forward March 2019, I now have an IPhone X max but have the same problems. Sorry paperless post fix your iOS issues or continue to lose loyal customers.

Much more buggy and difficult to use compared to desktop site

Ben P 55

I began a save the date card on my iPad but finished it using the desktop version. The app crashes unexpectedly, and is much more difficult to use as compared to the very friendly desktop version. In the iOS app, accessing messages from guests doesn't seem to work, simple operation of the editing tools is unreliable, and the app seems to stutter and stall when changing functions. It gives the impression this was a very incomplete and poorly designed attempt at converting a good service into an iOS app. I would recommend sticking with the desktop version and using this version only in emergencies.

They’re not even trying

I love the idea of the app and it has such cute designs BUT the app runs extremely slow and gets very frustrating to use!!
