Worst app I’ve used in a long time

I’ve been trying to create a simple save the date and the app continuously freezes and shuts down, losing all the work. I’ve tried for hours to no avail. It’s a shame because there are great designs for invitations, but the app is garbage.

I thought more fixes would be in place by now. It’s such a great concept with stellar designs but very frustrating and hard to use as it freezes, crashes, and is so outdated.

My events don’t load and I can’t see RSVPs. Literally useless app now and I have to use the browser to manage my events.

I’ve tried to use this for weeks to make a simple invite. It keeps closing, freezing and nothing works. I deleted it and downloaded again to see if that helped- it didn’t. So frustrating!!!

I love paperless post but they need to update the app to be in line with today’s users. The app lacks way too many of the features available on the website.

Please update this app so that the envelope liners are searchable by theme or pattern. Cannot find what I am looking for and just ready to give up. I’d rather not settle for something generic, if in fact the specific theme I want is in there, Somewhere.

The app works sometimes. When it’s not working, some functionality will be completely inaccessible, such as your entire post box which allows you to view open invitations and RSVPs. I have pretty low expectations for being able to design a nice invite on an app, but I do expect it to provide stats on existing invitations. Get it together!
