How someone figured this out is beyond me. What an awesome app. You are looking way too hard if you find something wrong with it.

I’m sorry to give it one star. But it keeps crashing. I tried to clear my cache and delete many files I really do like this program but it just keeps crashing all the time. Getting in contact with support isn’t very easy. Can someone from support please help me.
Can’t access paid features after paying

It’s very annoying to buy access to paid features, and then not be able to use them. I should never tried to join the community, that’s when the problems started. Do not attempt to join the community and share your work, you’ll be locked out of paid features. Worst of all, there is no way to get any help. I tapped on support, but the link takes you to a page that is devoid of any support
Doesn't process half the time/ paid for yearly subscription,not getting what I paid for.

I unfortunately have now seen all the other reviews with the same problem of not processing or freezing or crashing. What upsets me is that I paid for a yearly subscription and don't feel that for the cost this should be having so many problems. Also I tried to address this through App support and found no place to directly send an email about this. I saw the developers respond to someone else's review asking them to contact them? I would like that ability to get that assistance and feel that if they really wanted to give support they wouldn't make it so difficult or unable to contact them. FYI I discovered that I had purchased their video effects app and that doesn't work at ALL ANYMORE. Don't give them your money!

When it doesn’t it’s worthless... they won’t answer a ticket. The latest thing now is that the community shared filters at least half the time cause the app to freeze and not do anything until you force close it and keep trying other filters until it works. Frustrating. I’d get it but at this point wouldn’t pay to unlock the others that may or may not work. I use both iOS and Mac versions same symptoms...

I purchased the paid version. Problem is, is that it frequently stops working. Unfortunately, it keeps getting worse. :(

I like it and think it is a great app and recommend it.However,just don't like fact that it won't let you remove the water mark.I would understand if it was totally free.
