Frustrating

This app is totally frustrating! It is constantly freezing and you get NO SUPPORT from the developers! Thank goodness I spent no money on this app! I wouldn’t even think of upgrading! I don’t want to waste my money!

The coolest photo filter I’ve ever used! It takes my pieces of art and completely changes their appearance creating brand new pieces! Very cool!

Absolutely love this app. Soooo many choices. Easy transition between photos. With that said, I would definitely pay for this app (years of surviving - seldom paying). BUT I am not a fan of yearly subscriptions so sorry no.

Love all the effects this app has to offer. I love to color on my IPad and it makes some beautiful pieces of “artwork” from my simple coloring.

I’ve sent request after request for help, but always am ignored. Very profitable business model you have, Painnt. You take in all the cash, but never give anything in return for the money. At least have the common decency to return my money if you’re not going to let me access the filters I paid for

Exactly how do you contact anyone of the app crashes? I love this app and use it extensively. I want to support it and keep it going. If it just continues to crash and I can’t use it then I’ve wasted my money. I’ve not been able to access the app for 3 days and I’ve uninstalled, factory reset my iPad and just about everything I can think of to fix it. It would be nice for some kind of help. I really want to continue supporting this app. It is wonderful when it works. I have isolated the issue. Any connection above an lte one crashes it. If I just use the regular phone connection I am fine. That might explain all the crashes and losses people have been experiencing
