Q: What is a subscription?
A: By purchasing a subscription, you can unlock all of Painnt's Premium features:
- Access the entire app library
- Process your photos in HD
- Create custom-style filters
- Hide app watermark

Q: What happens when I purchase a subscription?
A: Your iTunes account will be charged the listed price and you’ll get immediate access to all Premium features when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew for the same price and period as the chosen subscription type (weekly, monthly or yearly).

Q: How can I restore my subscription on a new device?
A: Download the app, go to the Menu at the top left and tap on Unlock. Once the pop-up dialog appears with the subscription price listing, tap on "Restore" at the bottom right.

Q: What happens if I turn off the auto-renew?
A:If you disable the auto-renewable subscription, once your current subscription expires you will not be charged again and will lose access to all Premium features. You will still be able to use the free elements on the app.

I love this app and use it often to make photo presents for my friends and family. So no complaints and I am a happy subscriber. Recently after the most recent updates there are crashing issues with HD renders on iPhone. Trying to apply the video template and it crashes at the end of the render.

Stopped Working

Three weeks later I see the Community Shared filters have been updated but the app always freezes or crashes whenever I try to use them. Impossible to reach the developers. A great app when it used to work. Giving one more week then goodbye. Not paying for something that never functions. Two weeks and the app still crashes every time I try to use ‘Community Shared’ filters. No tech support - Zero. Almost a week now. Freezes every time I use ‘Community Shared’ filters. Love this app but this morning it just stopped working. Maybe it’s got the virus. Hope it’s cured soon. I use it everyday. Now it’s day 3 and still crash crash crash and Moonlighting is draining my cash cash cash. As others have pointed out, there is ZERO customer support for their apps.

I like Painnt! It allows the Imagination to Expand. I am curious, as to why when I’m adjusting the photo, will my screen blink out and then blink to the homepage? Thanks 4 the Fun~Linda

This is a great app. I like everything about it except one thing. The problem is that every time I try to adjust something, the photo blinks out and then shows the new look. I would prefer to see the entire transition. Otherwise, I’m have a lot of fun.
