I been using this app and here's my feedback. I rate this app a 2 since it does what its suppose to. Other then that, the features that could make this app at it's best and easy to use aren't there yet. First of all, updates shouldn't erase our video data that was already saved. If this can't change, make an option so we can actually save the video on the phones video library, that way we can keep it safe. Second, it would be a life saver if you can make an option to select multiple videos of choice from the SD card "thats in the camera" so we can delete as much as we want in one click, rather to delete one by one which takes forever and also since there's a bug on the delete option, it actually takes couple seconds to delete just one video and sometimes it doesn't even work so i have to press delete again and wait even more. To sum up, there's one last thing i would like to point out. It would be great if you make a way to keep the app running in background. At least on the iPhone, you close the app and lets say i was reviewing a video from the playlist you end up losing where it was since the app restart all over again which really gets in my nerves. In fact all of those problems does, but i would greatly appreciate it if you fix those issues. I would even pay money to buy the app if all features come in it! Keep that in mind. -anonymous

First, this update removed the recordings and snapshots I had saved to my iPhone. Secondly, sometime a while back, my cameras simply stopped sending alarm notifications. They also stopped saving alarm screenshots except for when I have the app open. Please fix these issues.

Wth i lost all my recordings and plus the sound doesnt work either i need to recover all my recordings one way or another pls help very important evedince...as soon as i updated everything just crashed WTH!!!

The latest update completely just made our part of camera system inoperable. Only these cameras went down, not any others. Please avoid these cameras.
