Wifi Issue - Device Offline

Recently I started noticing the device is going offline when I connect it using other network but it works fine when I am on the same network. Seems like app and the device need to be on the same network which defeats the purpose of remote monitoring

please fix so there is the ability to remote view. right now you can only view camera if you’re on the same network. please please fix. i would pay for this app if i could please view camera remotely. i loved the way it worked previously and would give this 5 stars but right now please fix this. thank you. not working with ios 12.4.1

My P2P app only works when I’m home. It used to work when I wasn’t home, but randomly it stopped working, saying device offline. I emailed the creator but no response! Please offer an online chat or 1-800 number if you won’t answer emails!

Works well on my iPhone 6+ and 6s+. Initial setup was a breeze with the USB connector facing up. Because the pictures were upside down, I flipped it over. After that this refused to boot successfully even after resetting. Telephone support for P2Plivecam was fast, excellent & knowledgeable. (Sent an email from their website to request this.) After some experimentation over the phone, I unplugged the unit and pointed the USB upward again. Then everything worked smoothly. Up/Down and left/right image settings are accessed by choosing a video or photo then holding your thumb on the full screen image that comes up. Select the vertical or horizontal button to flip or reverse images by default. Problem rectified! Very sensitive motion cam even on the lowest sensitivity setting. Haven’t tried the mike or tested night vision clarity yet. I did set the cam resolution to high bc I have solid fast WiFi. Hope these details aid someone else with inverted images and the resulting device failure to reboot or login when the “charger” is plugged in with the USB connector pointed down instead of up. Easy solution and a friendly U.S. based rep. All’s good! ;-)
Not working on my XS

I have used this with no problem on my iPhone 6s for about 7 months - it still works on that phone. Connected my new XS, and all I can see is a white screen.
I love this but....

the phone has problems connecting to the cameras wifi and i wish i could see the battery percentage of the camera.
Iphone X is not supported

Works great on 6plus. Not on new iPhones though. Have xmax and just get the white screen others talk about. Way bummed out

Live camera just shows white. Can still connect and configure. Likely not issue with iOS version as a 6s running 12.1 beta works.
