I have been using this app for almost a year now and until this past week, it was working like a breeze. I had a different version of the HD Minicam but somehow it seems to be replaced with this app. Now the remote function does not work anymore and I can only view when I’m at home, connected to the same network. Remote function does NOT exist, what’s the point of having a security camera installed if you cannot see what’s going on in your absence. So disappointed; not even sure what I can do at this point.

I emailed the guy that makes this app. No reply from him. They need to fix, update this app so that it works like it used to. It won’t pick up cameras unless on home WiFi. Cannot see anything away from gone. Won’t work anymore. Please fix or update app. It’s frustrating when you buy expensive cameras and you can’t even see what’s happening away from home. I have tried other apps and they won’t work either. Tried resetting cameras and app, doesn’t work either. Very upset.

Serious connection issues! Can only connect thru home Wi-Fi. If you try using LTE to connect it won’t work. App needs updated. Using latest IOS IPhoneX. Please update.

Ordered camera and tried it out as soon as I received. Camera worked when I installed it the first time. Works off and on. Keeps saying Cam, request service. What does this mean? How do I fix this?

Cumbersome, unintuitive, full of problems

Hard to list all the problems with this app, but here are several: - Unintuitive. Many features require quite a bit figuring out. - Many features are not explained, and it’s not clear what they do. For example, what PTZ Speed? What’s LED: flicker? - It is not possible to delete videos from the SD card from the app. - Video playback is a nightmare. It’s extremely slow (extremely is an understatement... it’s soooo slow it’s ridiculous), very hard to fast forward or go back. A real nightmare. Just awful. - No associated website, which would enable one to view the camera from computer, and download it directly to a computer. - Downloading from the SD card is a multi step process: first you download it to your phone, and from there you share it through email or dropbox and the like. There’s no way to download it directly, other than setting up FTP. - Image rotation is flawed. A camera with side view, that is installed vertically instead of horizontally, will show Image horizontally rather than vertically, and the app does not allow the image to be rotated. All in all, this app screams for a major update. As it is now, it’s awful. Unfortunately, the camera I purchased works only with this app, so I am stuck. If I had other options, I wouldn’t even bother with it.
