I used to love this app, but it’s gotten so buggy. A lot of times, it will go on a black screen randomly and not let me get back in until i uninstall and reinstall. Trash.

I found overdrive to be easy to understand and friendly to people of all age groups. Since I am a senior I like “user friendly”

Far, far too difficult to use to listen to audiobooks or even to borrow them from the library. I always end up listening to them in my browser, since even getting them into Overdrive is such a chore. My 3-star rating is very generous.

NEED 2.5 and 3x speed please!!!!!

Good app but the occasional bug

Use the app a lot, has the occasional weird bug. It turns on spatial audio a lot for no reason.

How many things in life are still free?!? The LIBRARY! I love that this is an option for an avid reader like me. I’m busy and run out of time in the day to read a book but I can always listen. Overdrive makes it a perfect option for me to still be a part of what I love and continue to be a busy Mom. I love everything about this app. The opportunity to request a book you would like to read all the while continuing to fill in the gap with other amazing reads. Also the suggestions given after borrowing a book keep me on a spiral of never ending reading I am happy to fall into. So thank you to all public libraries and a special thank you for Overdrive! Love love love this app please don’t ever stop providing a place to continue to read in this digital age.

I don’t care for Libby and I have no plans on switching. I hope this app is updated soon to include the ability to set my own speed outside of the designated ones.

Love this app for listening to library books while working outside and driving long distances. I’ve had this app for at least six years and it syncs my place across all devices. For the largest selection of books in my state I checked which was the largest library System in Ca then drove to the one nearest to me and got a card. It was a two hour drive one way but well worth it. This is the app I use the most of any I use for anything.
