Great

BlocksworldFan466

I bought 2 sets of the G100 lights, the light show box, and the hub. They make a great addition to my Christmas display. There are two typos in the app. In the Shake feature, on the top it says “SHACK” instead of “SHAKE” and in the song selection where it says Dance Of Sugar Plum Fairy “Sugar is spelled like this: “Suger”

Orchestra of lights fail

I purchased this product from Lowe’s at their Riverside store. I installed the 5 projectors, the twin trees, external speaker, two sets of dancing icicles, and another set of icicles that synchronize but don’t dance (?), and a hub. All told, well over a thousand dollars in product cost. After an initial installation that was relatively pain free and successful and setting up the application timer, I waited till dark. Wala! Timer shut itself off and forgot it’s settings, and the hub disconnected from my home network, and no orchestra of lights! By this time I got the light products to turn on but with no hub connectivity. All in the dark, I powered off the hub, reconnected to Wifi and got the steady blue light, but no synchronization. I then disconnected power to every light product and re-energized them all and got the show working after an hour of working in darkness. Much to my dismay, I woke up to half of the installation still on but not synchronized and the timer set but not working properly, and the hub had disconnected itself from the WiFi network. After unplugging the hub and re-establishing WiFi connectivity, I turned the app timer off and on a few times and got the system to shut off. Day one diagnosis and troubleshooting time: 2 hours. Day two, we start making Christmas visits to friends and family and come home to a flashing hub but no “orchestra of lights”. Ditto same troubleshooting regimen as day one in darkness. Day two time: one hour. This has gone one at least four times a week during the whole Christmas season. In addition, the app has been updated several times during the holidays which has required numerous rebooting and a managing devices inventory and way too much fussing than the whole thing is worth to keep it working. My final straw was another app update today that has resulted in no WiFi connectivity and no working hub. Today’s time wasted: 2 hours. And through it all, zero support! Despite an “app support “ link in the Apple App Store, all the link does is take you to the product store. No help. Going back to Lowe’s! Merry Christmas! Ho! Ho! Ho!

Hub is glitchy

When everything works, it’s cool! But the hub every few days doesn’t remain sync’d. I have to reset the hub because it’s unresponsive. The timer settings doesn’t stay at the set time. And there needs to be an complete off setting in the app. I hope this gets fixed soon. It would be a good product.

Great Product, Poor HUB and Application

NucBee

We spent over $2000 on a suite of Orchestra of Lights Products. The lights work great, when they work. Absolutely beautiful. But we have to re-sync the HUB daily, which is a pain. A HUGE Pain. We wanted to use the multiple color capability year round. We stopped using it right after Christmas because it was a HUGE PAIN to re-sync every single day. We have definitely stopped several other friends and co-workers from purchasing and will continue to do so until the HUB gets fixed.

Hub

I put my hub in a plastic clear tote in the front of my house about 10 feet off the ground. Takes care of any issues

Discontinued

I was just advised by Gemmy industries that this product has been discontinued. Well glad I own $3000 of useless crap.

Connecting to hub is impossible

Gosulliv

Got last year and set up so I can use the Halloween colors, but after update the connection process will not complete. There is never a solid blue light to connect to my home WiFi. If I connect direct to hub I can control the lights a bit but not what I paid for. Fix NOW!

Didn’t show

I followed the instructions, but light didn’t show up when I click the app

The hub is trash

I bought about $600 worth of lights and speakers set up and candy cane exc. it’s awesome when it actually works but the hubs range is so bad it’s not really worth the headache to get everything to connect. They need to make a new hub with like 10x the range this one has...
