I lost over $300

So I thought the app would be helpful but it takes around 3 or 4 days for them to take the money out your account. So saving $1 or $.50 and then a bill comes and you have less than that in your account depending on your bank you will be charged a return check fee. If the money came out automatically it would be prefect but it did not and I was left with a negative $300 balance for only trying to save $5 ??♀️ Never again. That was my whole pay check now gone.

Digit saved me enough money to fly back home to Massachusetts to attend my little brothers graduation party. Amazing 10/10 would recommend!

Well it’s official. I again deleted the Digit app, and reinstalled and Digit no longer supports navy federal Credit union. Tried several times to login to Digit app with my navy federal login information and I continue to get I am in putting the wrong password and or account number. I intern logged into my account with new federal using the exact same password and it works. Which leaves me to believe that there is an issue with Digit and Navy Federal Credit UnionIf the situation is not rectified I will be deleting the Digit app. Great app when it works but at this point I’m over it.
Does not link to bank account

I tried to reconnect my bank account but it wouldn’t reconnect with my bank. This persisted for days, and their customer care only told me to “try again in a couple of days”. Don’t waste your time if it doesn’t connect to your bank account.

This app has overdraft my account 4 times do not use it has cost me $140 in fees and they will do nothing about it!

Digit has helped me so much. I had extreme financial anxiety prior to downloading and using this app, but it has empowered me to be more proactive in my spending and saving habits. I love that it texts me my balance everyday, and adds a cute hello message too! It gave me this positive association with checking my balance and being mindful of what I spend, rather than being overwhelmed. Also the saving algorithm is genius! It allows the user the right amount of control while simultaneously giving you peace of mind that it’s saving just enough for you not to notice. I typically save enough each month to cover my car payment, without it stressing me out; before Digit, my car payment was one of the things that really gave me anxiety. Thank you so much, Digit! I cannot recommend this app enough!! Download it!
Frustrated!

Love what Digit does but where is customer support? My bank and Digit are not syncing and I can’t talk to anyone at Digit. Automatic messages through the app are very basic and don’t cover my needs. It would be great if I could talk to live people. If I can’t, I will have to cancel.
