It’s a good story but

There are way too many ads. It would be more enjoyable if they didn’t just randomly pop up all the time. Also, when I try to get the coffee or a different object by watching an ad, it just loads forever but never actually gives me anything.

THE UPDATE DID NOTHING. They haven’t added another season in literally years. Once you pass season 2. There’s no point in playing. This game is absolutely crawling with bugs. As much as you report them and get the automated response that they’ll work on it. They don’t. Even with pictured evidence of the glitches, they do nothing. I wouldn’t even bother downloading. If you ad developers cared at all. You would actually add more seasons and make the game better. Uninstalling today and never giving it another chance.

Lost all my staff

I’ve been playing for a year finally got staff that I needed only to log back on and all my staff are missing and I have to start all over getting new staff I contacted support they did not help deleting

I really liked this game, until after an update I lost all of my staff! I had played this game for over a year, had about 80% of the staff purchased and upgraded. Then after an update they were gone! I’ve emailed the developer twice and received a canned response each time. I wouldn’t use any of your money to play this game!
Game is bugged

Research is stuck on both mine and my wife’s game and can’t go any further .I have reported it several times and the one update they had actually messes up the ads so now you don’t know how much time is left and constantly says no ads available . So the game was awesome but the support and errors in game play aren’t very good.

Glitches with stitches makes you think you are doing something wrong when it is actually the game. And there should be no need to spend real money for fake.

It was a good game when I started playing a few months ago. I’ve updated the app since then, but I haven’t played in a while. I got on today to see if I missed anything, and it erased all of the doctors, nurses, and surgeons I have worked hard to get. Wouldn’t recommend playing unless you have great patience.

I love this game. Spent over 50 on this game and it’s frustrating that these bugs and kinks keep happening. I’m scared to even delete and then download again because I don’t want to lose my progress. And there are no ads any longer to gain free things. I want to keep playing but it’s hard with these kinks.
